Set in Sydney's stunning Botanic Gardens, the Botanic Gardens Restaurant is hosting what promises to be a wonderful and unique truffle dinner.
As part of their Winter Harvest series where dinners are created around a single seasonal ingredient, this July, in partnership with Madame Truffles, they will be celebrating all things truffle alongside regional wines from Robert Oatley.
Enjoy Head Chef Matt Fletcher's five course tasting menu whilst Emma Sainsbury, from Madame Truffles, takes you on a culinary journey across Australia and explains how to hunt for the perfect truffle as well as sharing her knowledge and insight about the diamond of the kitchen.
